Mat Spray

Superior control every spray

Nelspray’s Mat Spray systems are designed for superior control. From calibration to our telescopic safety booms, the Mat Spray systems offer precise control over every spray.

Telescopic Boom

With our boom design, multiple spray heads can run off a single pump system. Each spray boom can be controlled individually and when dual top spray booms are required these can be selected master and slave, this allows effortless maintenance during production.

The automatic height control ensures optimal spray distance.

Safety Boom

Our unique design show cast a safety bucket around each Neljet ® spray applicator ensuring safety from falling onto the line.

This safety feature is standard on all Nelspray, Mat Spray Systems.

pumpstation

Pump station

Our systems feature an enclosed cabinet to protect the stainless-steel tanks and piping from dusty environments. We use DDA dosing pumps from Grundfos to achieve a dosing range of 0 – 20%.

Real-time run data

The system captures real-time run data which enables the system user to monitor the pump and individual spray bar actual run time. This takes the guesswork out of planning preventative maintenance.

Do you run multiple spray bars? Then you know that you also run multiple run times. Real-time run data monitors each bar individually.

Automatic calibration

Our market-leading calibration system is user friendly. It automatically steps the operator through the calibration process, ensuring that they have visually sighted the spray bar running before the calibration can take place. Sure, mistakes happen – but not with our automatic calibration!

Our sophisticated flow control system analyses and compares multiple flow meters for any sign of inconsistency.

Customised spraying

We customise every spray system for our clients. Number of nozzles, flow rates, pressure, HMI Language, and spray location are all considered during the design process.

Benefits of working with Nelspray
